The program is directed by Fr. Kevin Russeau C.S.C.  Fr. Kevin, a graduate of the Old College program, is in his sixth year as the director of Old College.  Assisting him in this position is Br. Edward Luther C.S.C. and Fr. Stephen Koeth C.S.C.  Throughout the course of the year, the Old Collegians meet with the formation staff on a routine basis and discuss their challenges and experiences of religious life.
